What To Except
Fundamental Skill Work: Emphasis on footwork, agility, ball-handling, and safe tackling basics.
Game-Speed Drills: Age-appropriate drills that teach awareness, movement, and spacing on the field.
Skills & Bigs Training: Athletes are grouped by position type:

- +Bigs (OL, DL, LB) work on stance, leverage, hand placement, and safe contact techniques.
Strength & Conditioning: Bodyweight and light resistance training to improve speed, stamina, and balance.
Performance Tracking: Parents receive simple progress updates on skill development and conditioning improvements.
Confidence & Teamwork: Build camaraderie, discipline, and leadership in every session.
