What activities are included in the afterschool program?
Our afterschool experience is powered by BGCSM’s BEST Program Model, which supports youth development through four core pillars:Â

What are the hours of the afterschool program?
Most Clubs operate from school dismissal until 6:30 PM. Please check with your local Club for specific hours and programming.Â
Are sports leagues included in the afterschool membership?
No. Sports leagues require separate registration and payment. These include competitive and recreational opportunities offered throughout the year.Â
Payment & Billing
How are monthly payments processed?
Payments will be automatically charged to the card on file each month. Once enrolled, you don’t need to take further action unless your payment method changes.Â
What is the new fee structure for the afterschool program?
Beginning this school year, BGCSM’s afterschool program will shift from a one-time $25 membership fee to a monthlyfee of $10 per child. This change helps us continue providing high-quality programs that prepare youth for bright futures.Â
Does the $10 monthly fee change based on holidays or school closures?
No. The monthlyfeeremains$10 regardless of holidays, snow days, or Club closures. It is a flat rate that supports consistent staffing and services.Â
Is Spring Break included in the monthly fee?
No. Spring Break programming will be offered separately and requires an additionalfee. Registration details will be shared in advance of the break.Â
Is Summer Camp included in the $10 monthly membership?
No. Summer Camp is a separate program with its own membership and weekly fees. Families must register separately for summer camp in MyClubHub.Â
Can I still enroll more than one child?
Yes! Each child must be registered individually, and each will be billed at $10/month.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Parents cancancel at any time through the MyClubHub parent portal. To avoid being charged for the next month, please cancel before the next billing cycle.Â
How do I update my payment method or card on file?
Log in to your MyClubHub parent account, visit your profile settings, and update your billing information at any time.Â
Meals
What meals are provided?
The Club provides dinner and snack daily between 3 & 6 pm. Â

Refrain from any displays of personal affection or other inappropriate touching.
Refrain from all inappropriate language or gestures.
Respect the personal space of others.
Avoid any negative comments, gestures or other displays aimed at insulting people based on race, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexuality or any other personal characteristics.
Remain in designated program areas at all times.
Strongly consider leaving toys, electronics or other personal items at home.
 Respect all facilities and properties by refraining from damaging, destroying, and/or defacing.
Take pride in yourself, your Club, and your community.
Dress appropriately at all times.
Always exhibit fair play, honesty and sportsmanship.
Show respect to others at all times.
When riding the bus, remain in seat with seatbelt buckled.
